Jiangsu Duocai Technology Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive metal packaging enterprise specializing in the production of tinplate cans, end lids, and coating/printing processing, integrating manufacturing and trade. Established in 2009 with a registered capital of 50 million RMB and a total investment of 220 million RMB, the company covers an area of 80 acres. It operates 8 printing/coating lines, 6 can production lines, and 8 end lid production lines, with an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons of tinplate coating/printing, 1.5 billion cans, and 2 billion end lids.

Our company was established and completed its first phase of investment of 120 million yuan.

2011

Having passed ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification, the company is operating at full capacity.

2015

Certified by ISP22000:2018 Food Safety Management System

2018

The project achieved a total investment of 20 million yuan in three phases, increasing can-making capacity by 30% and adding 6 new lid-making production lines.

2019

The intelligent transformation of the 4-color printing line and the 3-color printing line was completed. In 2020, the annual output of coated tinplate reached 40,000 tons, the annual output of beverage cans reached 600 million sets, and the annual output of tinplate bottom covers reached 2 billion pieces.

2023

The fourth phase of investment totaled 20 million yuan, adding two new coating production lines, achieving full coverage of coating and printing for two-piece cans, beer cans, and screw-cap tinplate.
